Responsibilities
- Be well-versed with the products, handle billing processes, and manage sales returns and stock transfers.
- Visit customers daily, maintain records, and stay familiar with market distribution.
- Analyze customer trends, payment methods, and provide feedback on store performance.
- Manage customer information, including sharing new product updates, pricing changes, and promotional activities.
- Monitor customer inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct market research on competitor prices and provide insights on industry trends.
- Maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle payment collection, advance payments, and account reconciliation.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of sales experience.
- Candidates under 35 years of age are preferred.
- Indian nationality or proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- A valid Qatar driver’s license is required.
