Responsibilities
- Process Design and Optimization: Develop and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste.
- Data Analysis: Monitor production data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth production and high product quality.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues to reduce downtime.
- Quality Control: Establish and uphold quality control standards to meet industry regulations and customer requirements.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects that enhance production capabilities and introduce new technologies.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of production processes, changes, and improvements for compliance and future reference.
- Training: Train and support production staff on new processes and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-4 years in production engineering or a related field.
- Education: A degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills; ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
