Responsibilities

• Meet with customers regularly to discuss project needs and offer expert guidance on products and solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial planning to payment settlement.
• Track project progress to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks during project execution.
• Handle financial aspects like cash collection, payment settlements, and credit management.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Conduct market research, investigate competitors, and classify customer groups for better sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Candidates under 35 years old are preferred.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• A valid Qatar driver’s license is required.
