Responsibilities
- Manage and organize project documents using ACONEX or similar systems.
- Ensure all documents are stored correctly, categorized, and easy to retrieve.
- Work with project teams to collect, review, and verify documentation.
- Maintain the document control database, keeping all project documents up to date.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and project staff to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Prepare and manage transmittals, document submissions, and other records.
- Regularly review documentation processes to ensure they meet company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in document control within the Gulf region.
- Proficiency in ACONEX is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
