This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in document management and familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) department work. If you have a background in metro, high-speed rail, airport, construction, or contracting, it will be an advantage, but it’s not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Document Management: Ensure all project-related documents are organized, updated, and easily accessible.
- Support MEP Department: Assist with documentation for the MEP department.
- Use of MS Office & Aconex: Utilize tools like Excel, MS Office, and Aconex to manage and track documents effectively.
- Coordination: Work closely with various teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong skills in Excel and MS Office are required; knowledge of Aconex is a plus.
- Industry Background: Preferred experience in Metro, High-Speed Rail, Airport, Construction, or Contracting projects, but not mandatory.
- Immediate Joiner: Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
- Valid Iqama: Must have a valid iqama to apply.
