Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in switchgear manufacturing, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Proficiency in production management software and electrical design tools.
