Responsibilities
As a Procurement Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and source materials and services required for the fit-out project.
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Cost Management: Monitor project costs and ensure procurement stays within budget while maximizing value.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage procurement documents, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the construction team to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically for fit-out projects.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Current residency in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Knowledge of CAD is mandatory to assist with design and planning processes.
