Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and manage the General Manager’s calendar effectively.
- Draft emails, letters, and memos as needed.
- Monitor and respond to the manager’s emails when required.
- Take notes, prepare presentations, and write meeting minutes.
- Handle general office management tasks and arrange travel for local and international trips.
- Support digital processes and networking within the organization.
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues as they arise.
- Address queries and requests from hotel employees.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware devices.
Qualifications
- Male Filipino candidates only, with valid and transferable sponsorship (not under agency, not Huroob, and no final exit visa).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital networking.
- Strong skills in cybersecurity and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Available to join immediately.
