Introduction
We are looking for skilled professionals in Accounting, Sales Operations, and Procurement to join our team in Jeddah. This role is open exclusively to Filipinos. If you have experience in finance and are passionate about contributing to our organization’s success, we encourage you to apply!


Responsibilities

As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cash Collection: Collect cash and cheques daily, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Bank Transactions: Conduct daily deposits and record all cash transactions.
  • General Ledger Management: Enter daily transactions into the general ledger and maintain supporting documents for all journal entries.
  • Internal Controls: Implement internal control procedures to prevent inaccuracies in accounting statements.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage daily transactions, reconcile customer balances, and ensure accurate inventory counts each month.
  • Audit Support: Assist auditors with journal entry reviews, bank reconciliations, and manage petty cash.
  • VAT Compliance: Verify VAT compliance on sales invoices, prepare tax returns, and coordinate with authorities for refunds.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly reports.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized records for audits and ensure compliance with local laws and financial obligations.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should have:

  • A university degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a non-profit organization with expertise in global operations and financial management.
  • Experience managing large and complex budgets.
  • Proficiency in computerized accounting systems, especially ZOHO and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and training.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working with national and international partners.
