Responsibilities
As an Industrial Electrician, your duties will include:
- Cable Tray Fabrication and Installation: Fabricate and install cable trays to support electrical wiring systems.
- Cable Termination: Terminate cables accurately to ensure a safe and reliable electrical connection.
- Cable Dressing: Organize and dress cables and distribution boards (DBs) for neatness and safety.
- Cable Joints and Connections: Perform cable joints or connections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues as they arise, maintaining smooth operations in the facility.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician, preferably in similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
