- Computer Proficiency: Utilize Kelly’s computer system to manage sales and inventory efficiently.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Support: Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience.
- Cooking Classes: Register customers for cooking classes and handle related inquiries.
- Training Resources: Use the Employee and Sales Training Manuals to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Baking Resource: Prepare cookies in front ovens to create an inviting atmosphere for customers entering the store.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or higher.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales is a plus.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to assist others.
