Key Responsibilities
- Cooks (Indian, Indo-Pak, Filipino, Arabic): Prepare a variety of dishes according to specific recipes and standards.
- Assistant Cooks: Support head cooks in food preparation and kitchen tasks.
- Catering Supervisors: Oversee catering operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Butchers + Midnight Helpers: Prepare meats and assist with late-night kitchen operations.
- Pot Washers: Clean kitchen equipment, pots, and pans, ensuring a tidy workspace.
- General Helpers: Assist with various kitchen tasks and support the cooking staff.
- HSE Food Safety Officer: Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
- Store Keepers: Manage inventory and maintain proper storage of food items.
Qualifications
- Experience: All candidates must have previous experience in catering, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the Gulf region.
- Certifications: A Baladiya card and Food Handler Level-2 certification are mandatory.
- Preference: Candidates with mass production catering experience will be prioritized.
- Location: Candidates must be available locally in the Eastern Province.
