Key Responsibilities
- Supervise scaffolding activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams to plan and execute scaffolding tasks.
- Train and guide scaffolding crews in best practices and safety protocols.
- Inspect scaffolding structures to guarantee their stability and safety.
- Report any issues to management and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scaffolding supervision or foreman roles is preferred.
- Must hold a valid iqama (residency permit).
- Strong understanding of scaffolding safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
