Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all MEP systems, ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects in the construction industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all MEP installations are completed on schedule.
- Review Plans: Evaluate project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with MEP design standards and industry regulations.
- Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during installation.
- Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of MEP materials and equipment while adhering to budgetary limits.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of project progress, ensuring all documentation aligns with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in MEP coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and relevant codes and regulations.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
- Licensing: A valid driving license and transferable Iqama.
