Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and identify trends.
- Create, update, and share comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Work with different departments to gather data, understand their reporting needs, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
- Conduct statistical analyses to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data management and reporting.
- Provide training sessions for staff on data interpretation and using reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or organizational setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
