Key Responsibilities
- Pot Washers: Efficiently clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, and pans to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- General Helpers: Assist in various kitchen tasks, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area.
- HSE Food Safety Officer: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and train staff on food safety practices.
- Store Keepers: Manage inventory, organize supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a central kitchen or mass production catering is required for all positions.
- Certifications: Must possess a Baladiya card and Food Handler Level-2 certifications.
- Gulf Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Gulf region is necessary.
- Location: Candidates must be locally available.
- Preferred: Preference will be given to those with experience in mass production catering.
