Responsibilities
For Project Managers (MEP):
- Oversee and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) fit-out projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
For Project Engineers (Civil):
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring civil fit-out projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the project manager to coordinate project activities.
- Prepare technical documents and reports as needed.
Qualifications
Project Managers (MEP):
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Project Engineers (Civil):
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
Both positions require:
- In-depth knowledge of project management and fit-out processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
