Responsibilities
- Develop customer accounts and travel locally to promote the hotel and increase market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize occupancy.
- Create and implement innovative local marketing strategies, including social media campaigns.
- Prepare contracts for hotel bookings that reflect current pricing and business conditions.
- Align with existing business strategies while identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Generate accurate and timely reports for the General Manager and senior management, detailing appointments, calls made, and business leads.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates of any nationality.
- Previous sales experience in the hotel sector is essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
