Responsibilities
- Keep the company’s finances in check by preparing and analyzing financial reports.
- Manage payroll, ensure employee records are accurate, and help with budgeting.
- Make sure everything follows accounting rules and regulations.
- Support the HR team by analyzing pay and benefits packages.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and training programs.
- Analyze HR data to make smart decisions for the company.
- Experience with LMRA, GOSI, and other HR regulations is a plus!
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an accountant, with a focus on HR tasks.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices.
- Must be a pro at accounting software and HR information systems.
